Hospitality Expo 09 proved to be an all round winner, with many participants saying it was the best one ever!

Hospitality Speaks 09
Hospitality Speaks business sessions were extremely successful this year with a host of experts providing valuable insights and practical tips on how to increase profits and grow business, along with the operational application of information and helping front line staff deliver the best for your business. Insights into the future of hospitality were given from financial, beverage and tourism perspectives.  

Hospitality Expo 09
Over 3500 people registered attendance to the expo, which generated a great atmosphere of enthusiasm. Many exhibitors believed it was the most productive expo yet. WA's Best Country Pub Steak Sandwich Competiton
The Australian Hotels Association (WA), Tourism WA, Lion Nathan and Members Equity Bank hosted the search for the great taste of country WA, which culminated in a Steak Sandwich Cook-Off at the Expo on Wednesday 20th May.

The Mundaring Hotel’s steak sandwich was judged the best of five finalists by a panel consisting of Channel 9’s Dixie Marshall, Fremantle Football Club President, Rick Hart, Lion Nathan’s Leith Putland and Spice Magazine’s Jeff Atkinson. Click here to read more.
