The Australian Hotels Association (WA) in partnership with William Angliss Institute has designed a range of accredited online courses suitable for front-line, supervisory and management levels. 
Each Skill Builder package includes two units of competency which can count as credits towards a full qualification in Hospitality. 
The courses are completed via an online platform and encompasses a mix of question and written based assessments. A trainer will be assigned to you to offer assistance and support.

This program provides skills and knowledge required by a supervisor/middle manager to lead a team in a hospitality operation.  The following four accredited units to be completed online are:
