We’re ditching the standard lecture on beer and hosting a “Blind Pour” challenge: can you pour the perfect pint wearing “beer” goggles? Discover how mastering the pour reduces wastage, justifies pint pricing, and turns a busy bar shift into high-margin hospitality venture.

Watch as The Callebaut Gold Caramel Cookie is brought to life through a step-by-step demonstration covering the cookie-making process, creation and incorporation of the caramel, an introduction to the Callebaut chocolate brand, and the baking of the finished cookies.
Presented by Phil La Brooy from Mayers Fine Foods. Phil La Brooy brings more than 20 years of culinary and food industry experience to his role as WA Market Development Manager at Mayers Fine Foods. His career began as a chef, working in leading kitchens across Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. He later transitioned into sales, specialising in premium chocolate and cheese, where he combines his culinary expertise with a deep understanding of hospitality and foodservice trends.

Yes – if you registered before 23 June 2026. A $50 fee applies after that.
Do I need to attend both days?
No – attend one or both, with a single registration.
Is food and drink included?
Many suppliers will offer samples – it’s part of the experience.
Is this event open to the public?
No. It’s a registered, trade-only event for hospitality industry professionals.
Is parking available?
There is a range of free parking, paid parking, Undercroft and Valet available at Crown Perth.
