The AHA(WA) is approved by the national regulator ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) RTO Provider number: 4748.
As Leaders of the Hospitality Industry, the AHA(WA)’s qualified trainers are experienced hospitality professionals and constantly correspond with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, enabling the course content to be updated consistently for the most current information.
Management of Licensed Premises MLPLCA401A
As original founders of the Approved Manager Liquor Licensing course, the AHA WA is officially approved by the Department of Local Government, Sport, and Cultural Industries to deliver the nationally accredited Course in Management of Licensed Premises (52863WA).
SITHFAB002 Nationally Accredited RSA Course
The AHA WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB021) training is a self-paced online course and the mandatory requirement for all employees engaged in the sale, supply, or service of liquor at a licensed premises.
This interactive self-paced training course will provide staff with knowledge to assist businesses in meeting legislative requirements and to uphold the highest food handling standards.
Food safety is very important in the hospitality and tourism industry. In Australia, laws require that all food handlers have the knowledge and skills to handle food safely. Nationally, the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code provides information on what skills and knowledge is required to handle food safely.
Completion of this course will support individuals and businesses in meeting the requirements of Food Standard 3.2.2A – Food Safety Management Tools, a new national standard to improve food safety in food service, retail and catering businesses.
