This Nationally Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol course SITHFAB021 is contextualised for the Northern Territory and is also accepted as recognised RSA training in Western Australia, South Australia & Queensland.
This course was created specifically for the Northern Territory in accordance with the NT guidelines and provides participants with the required Unit of Competency Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with the principles of Harm Minimisation and community safety for all individuals who are selling, supplying or serving alcohol. The AHA is approved by ASQA to deliver the nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021 course. This Nationally Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol course is contextualised for South Australia but is also accepted as recognised RSA training in Western Australia, Northern Territory & Queensland.

The AHA(WA) is approved by the Liquor and Gaming Branch in Tasmania to deliver the nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021 course. Register now to start your RSA training.
As the leaders of RSA and liquor training, the AHA(WA) ensures you learn the latest up-to-date course material. RSA Training is mandatory for all staff involved in the sale, service or supply of liquor. The AHA Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021 course is nationally accredited and a unit from the National Training Package.
The AHA(WA) also offers a RSA Bridging Course for individuals who have previously completed the nationally accredited RSA in another State or Territory. The RSA Bridging Course focuses on Western Australian specific legislation and regulations along with providing an overview on the main principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
To complete this nationally accredited course, you must prove your competency by completing the assessment at the end of each module the course.
The assessment will take place predominantly online with multiple choice questions and you will be advised if you are competent (pass) as you proceed through the modules, you will need to answer each question correctly before you are able to move on to the next module.
The final module of the course requires you to answer a number of short answer questions which should be answered in your own words. You will also be required to upload a short audio file of yourself simulating refusal of service.
