There is no denying the Australian employment law system is a complicated one. It is critical employers are aware of and understand their employment obligations to employees as a failure to do so significantly increases the risk of liability and brand damage.
The ‘Know Your Award’ course is a comprehensive, interactive training course covering the ins and outs of the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 and the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020. During the presentation, we guide participants through the applicable award including the relevant provisions employers must be mindful of. We also provide examples to demonstrate how the award, and its provisions operate in practice.
