19 February 2026 | The Australian Hotels Association (WA) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2026 AHA & Perth Airport Accommodation Awards for Excellence, with this year’s program attracting a record number of entries. The awards celebrate excellence and leadership in the management and operation of accommodation hotels across Western Australia.
With more than 30 award categories, these annual awards recognise outstanding achievement across venues, staff, operational teams, and management, shining a spotlight on the skill, innovation and commitment that drives WA’s accommodation sector.
From 5-star luxury to family and regional hotels, the awards reflect the diversity and strength of the industry. They also highlight the dedication required to deliver exceptional guest experiences that position WA as a leading destination for domestic and international travellers.
AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods said: “Western Australia’s accommodation sector continues to set a high standard for excellence. These awards showcase the passion, professionalism and innovation that drive our industry forward. Staff finalists, in particular, demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, which is central to WA’s hospitality and tourism success.”
Winners will be named at a Black Tie event — The Devil’s Lair Gala Ball — at The Westin Perth on Monday 30 March 2026. For finalists and winners alike, the Gala Ball represents recognition from peers and industry leaders, and sets benchmarks for excellence across the sector.
