12 October 2026 | Western Australia’s top hospitality venues, operators and people have been recognised at the 2026 AHA & Coca-Cola Hospitality Awards for Excellence, with winners announced across more than 40 categories at Crown Perth tonight.
Nokturnl Hospitality Group (The Beaufort, The Old Synagogue, Stories, The Station, and The Queen’s Arms) was named WA’s Best Group Venue Operator, Settlers Tavern in Margaret River was named WA’s Best Regional Venue and Stories was named Perth’s Best Venue.
More than 1,200 guests and VIPs — including Hon Roger Cook MLA, the Premier of Western Australia, who is also Minister for Tourism, Trade and Investment — attended the awards presentation at the Stone & Wood Gala Ball.
AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods AM said the winners showcased the breadth of talent across the State’s vibrant hospitality industry.
“Hospitality is an industry built around people, with success relying on the skill, dedication and professionalism of those working in venues throughout WA,” Mr Woods said.
“Pubs, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues are at the heart of communities and make an important contribution to the State’s visitor economy.
“These awards recognise the people and businesses that set the standard for our industry and highlight the many pathways a career in hospitality can offer.”
Two new Hall of Fame inductees were recognised after achieving three consecutive wins in their respective categories. Gibney in Cottesloe was inducted into the Hall of Fame for both the Superior Restaurant Award and Wine List Award, while Tamara Burchell of Roebuck Bay Hotel in Broome was inducted into the Hall of Fame for Venue Manager.
Two new awards were introduced this year. The inaugural Apprentice Chef Award was won by Anton Fedorov of The Amberton Beach Bar & Kitchen, while the inaugural Traditional Country Pub Award went to the Corrigin Hotel, recognising the important role country pubs play in their local communities.
A record 727 nominations were received for this year’s awards from venues and individuals across metropolitan and regional WA.
